In late 1995, Kenny Ford, Sam Law, and Kenneth Green founded Performance Torque Converters (PTC), a high performance torque converter company. The objective of PTC is to design and build a quality torque converter

that will fully meet the needs of the Street/Strip & Race Converter enthusiast. PTC is backed by over 100 years of combined experience, our many years of experience consist of the following:

Kenny Ford
Kenny has over 34 years of experience in torque converter design and manufacturing. He has also been involved in drag racing for over 35 years.

Sam Law
Sam has been involved in the Automatic Transmissions and Torque Converter Core business for over 34 years. He enjoys performance cars, motorcycles, hunting, & ATV's.

Kenneth Green
Kenneth has been involved in the Automatic Transmissions and Torque Converter Core business for over 34 years. He also enjoys performance cars, hunting, & ATV's.

Lane Crowell
Lane has over 25 years of torque converter experience. Lane's expertise is in the design and manufacturing of custom steel stators for torque converters.

Although PTC is a relatively young company, our experience and knowledge towards performance torque converters is our greatest asset. In addition to building a high performance torque converter, PTC can custom build, repair and return, and convert your converter to current specs.
